A "Quick" Fix to "Fast" Food

Four Corners last night aired a BBC program about India's obesity epidemic, principally amongst youth of the emerging middle class in that country. Apart from the obvious, in my view Anita Rani and BBC This World have as much to answer for as fast-food in their "do-gooder" mentality, by taking these young obese children off to see surgeons. A child, has part of their stomach removed or stapled, to treat obesity, in India. There is just so much in that last sentence that defies belief but yet is plainly real -- a profound declaration of the world's insanity and deviousness.
